Holidays, Triggers, and Surviving the Season With Sanity

Are you dreading the holiday season?

Difficult past experiences and limiting thoughts rear their heads, diminishing your present-moment happiness, causing you to make unwelcomed choices based on old patterns.

As an International Intuitive Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I address trauma – old and new.

I support people with emotional integration and help up-level their skill sets – whether that’s learning how to have a courageous conversation, hold energetic boundaries, or self-soothe in healthier ways.

Right now, in the midst of the holidays, addressing the ghosts of past trauma is your key to enjoying your present day – no matter how you celebrate the holidays.

How can I help you do that?

Using a powerful tool called Cellular Release Therapy.

Cellular Release Therapy is a highly efficient and effective way of desensitizing past trauma that I’ve used myself and with clients for years.

What is desensitized trauma?

Let’s rewind…

Past events inform your current moment and decisions.

And the holidays can be such a trigger in terms of:

  • Family
  • Finances
  • Relationship breakups
  • Grief

I have worked with thousands of people in over 46 countries around the world.

The bulk of them don’t have happy childhood memories.

And so, the joy of the holidays is lost in their grief, but they don’t realize it.

They don’t realize that grief is coming up so that it can be healed.

Does that resonate?

You don’t feel the sadness: You unconsciously shut down, criticize, and judge.

Unconsciously, you have a miserable time from the end of November through the beginning of January.

You end up being a scrooge.

But it’s not a conscious thing.

Another scenario is you go through the holidays and overspend because you don’t respect yourself.

But then, you put yourself into a stress cycle at the beginning of next year because you overspent trying to please everyone around you.

The crux of the matter is you don’t feel lovable.

People often don’t realize that past events and old ideas are still circulating in their minds as if they’re true. Things like:

  • I’m not good enough
  • I’m all alone
  • Nobody stays / Everybody leaves
  • There is something wrong with me

They create your current reality.

But when you’re aware and you have a toolkit at your disposal, there’s a little bit of light.

There’s a chance for a completely different experience and life.

It’s not easy work; I get that.

It’s courageous work.

For a lot of people, it disrupts relationships and the family system, because they’re finally saying:

“I’m not playing that game anymore.”

“I’m not playing that role anymore.”

When one person starts their healing work, it opens up opportunities for the rest of the family to do the same.

But generally, those family members rally against that one individual.

Why?

They need and want you to show up in the way they’re familiar with, because they don’t want to change themselves.

They see you’re changing and want you to stop.

And people often do stop, because it starts challenging the systems and relationships around them.

I’m here to walk your healing journey with you.

You don’t have to do it alone.

You get to have someone as a pioneer and a guide.

Because I’ve done this work.

I’m familiar with the terrain and what comes up.

I don’t ask anything of anyone that I haven’t done myself.

I have tools and strategies to help you navigate tensions and internal beliefs.

Would you like to finally be free from your past?

Enter Cellular Release Therapy.

It’s a really beautiful way to address trauma that involves:

  • Guided visualization
